Mobile Apps and Account Deletion
All of our mobile applications include an account deletion option within the application. Selecting this option will permanently delete all of your data from our systems. Once this is done your data cannot be recovered. If you would prefer to delete your account without using the in-app option you may email a request to have your account deleted to read@iseesam.com. Please include a statement that you would like your account deleted and the email address associated with your account. To confirm your identity and account ownership we will reply to the email address you provided asking for confirmation of the deletion.
Payments Accepted
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as purchase orders from schools and libraries. Purchase order may be faxed to 435-755-6069.
Tax-Exempt Purchases
If you are buying from outside of Utah your order is already exempt from all taxes. If you are ordering from Utah you will be charged Utah sales tax unless you contact us prior to making a purchase. Contact us with your organization's tax exempt number and the email address you used when you created your account at iseesam.com, we'll get you setup as tax-exempt in a jiffy.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

This Privacy Policy defines the information collected by Academic Success For All Learners, Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”) through our Reading For All Learners mobile applications.
We Do Not Knowingly Collect Personal Information of Any Kind with the Reading For All Learners Applications
When you, your children or students use our mobile applications, we don’t require any personal information be provided. We don’t collect information about you or your device, except for the date, time and in which country an app purchase or free download is made. We do not link purchase information to individuals or unique device identification information.
We Fully Comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
The Reading For All Learners mobile applications fully comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If through an online or telephone based support request or other communication channel we become aware we are communicating with a child 13 years of age or younger we will not store identifying information of any kind.
You Are Not Required to be Online to Use the Reading For All Learners Applications
You will need an internet connection to your device in order to download and install the Reading For All Learners application and to download the application content (books). Once the content you desire to use is downloaded to your device, a connection to the Internet is not needed to operate the Reading For All Learners application. The only exception to this requirement is if you wish to email audio files from the Learner Management Control Panel. You will need to be connected to the internet to send an email with the attached files.

Academic Success For All Learners is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its online visitors. This policy statement provides our visitors (e.g., parents, teachers, librarians, and children) with an overview of the measures we have taken to provide a safe online environment.
This Privacy Policy applies to our online practices only, except the Opt-Out procedure below also applies to our offline collection of personal information.

USE OF IP ADDRESSES
We collect IP addresses to obtain aggregate information on the use of iseesam.com. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer by a Web server when you're on the Web. When you are on our site, we have a back-end server that logs your computer's IP address. We only use the information we find out from tracking IP addresses in the aggregate, such as how many users entered a specific area of our site, and not to track a specific IP address to identify an individual user. However, we may use such information to identify a user if we feel that there are or may be safety and/or security issues or to comply with legal requirements.

We use third-party companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site and to monitor traffic to our Web site. Academic Success For All Learners ensures that all personally and non-personally identifiable information that it receives via the Internet is secure against unauthorized access. We may also give out personal information when we deem it advisable in order to protect the safety and security of our sites and visitors to our sites.
Why are we so safe?
Academic Success For All Learners uses secure server software over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line to protect your credit card information. It encrypts all of your personal and credit card information so that this information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system, and once it is received, it is stored in a location not accessible via the Internet.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Visitors will find links from iseesam.com to independently owned, controlled and/or managed World Wide Web or Internet sites whose content we have found of possible interest to our visitors. In many cases, but not always, the links represent cooperative projects or mutual links established with the organizations connected with these sites. While we initially visit these sites to which we directly link, please note that we do not monitor or control the content that appears on these sites and such content may be constantly changing.
