Our privacy policy is very simple- We promise to never ever share your information with anyone else, period. We will use your information to keep you informed about your order, and from time to time we will send you information about our programs. If at any time you no longer want to hear from us you will be immediately removed from future communications.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with anything you purchase from us. If you are not, please contact us. Generally, we will accept returns provided products are in new condition and original packaging. There is no restocking fee but you will need to cover the cost to ship the products back to us. Please contact us before shipping returns.
Shipping Policy
We try to ship orders placed by 12:00 PM Mountain Time on the day they are placed. Tracking is available for UPS orders. When we pack your order we will send you an email with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. To ensure our emails arrive add read@iseesam.com to your address book and/or safe senders list. Occasionally due to special events or other unusual circumstances we may take up to two business days to process and ship orders. If you have a pressing time requirement please drop us an email or give us a call and let us know. We will make every effort to meet your deadline.
Copyright Policy
All of our printed and disc based products are copyrighted. Some products include blackline masters and may be copied on a per classroom or home basis. These rights are clearly indicated in the program materials. If you can't see something that says you can copy it then don't copy it.
Not only is unauthorized duplication a crime that we will pursue aggressively, it is very bad for your Karma.
